He worked for Matthews and Goodman for ten years before joining Donaldsons where he was a Partner. He focused on office development and agency, both acquisition and disposal instructions. David now runs the Michael Rogers’ Central M25 office and specialises in advising developers, landlords and tenants on office real estate, particularly around that region. Roger Duke is a specialist in the Industrial Agency and Development Market with detailed knowledge of this sector in London and the Home Counties. He began to specialise in the industrial market when he joined Donaldson’s in the West End, where he subsequently became a partner. Niall Christian is an experienced commercial Property Agent, having being involved in the market since his graduation in the mid 1980’s. He began his career at Montagu Evans and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1988. He moved to Smith Melzack in the West End of London in 1988 and spent 14 years involved in all aspects of the office letting market in Central London, Suburban London and throughout England on behalf of major development clients and occupiers. Niall moved to Michael Rogers in 2002 where he continues to specialise in all types of commercial property and is one of the best-known and active agents in the locality.
Joshua has lived most of his life in Richmond Borough. Joshua attended Hampton Boys School, and 2 years studying at Oxford Brookes. Before joining Michael Rogers in 2024 he took up an invitation to train to become a chef for a TV&Film catering company. Joshua is based at our Richmond office as a trainee surveyor involved day to day in commercial agency.
Mike is a founding partner of Michael Rogers LLP and has a wide range of expertise in the commercial property market from office agency, general practice surveying and property management / administration. Mike is based in South Eastern M25 office where he specialises in office agency and general consultancy work with an extensive client list within that region. Mike is a former chairman of the Kent branch of the RICS.
Sue provides admin support for the Sevenoaks office and endeavours to keep the website current.
Quentin is experienced in providing property management consultancy advice in addition to the day-to-day management of a broad range of property across the UK. He has worked both as agent and as client. As agent with London agents, Cyril Leonard & Co., DTZ and Chesterton. His client-side roles have covered both the private and public-quoted property sector, including Minerva Plc as their Property Management Director. Quentin endeavours to combine the fundamentals of good quality property management with sound asset management input.
Sue has been working in accountancy for over 30 years with a strong commercial background. Her career has given her broad experience across a number of sectors; in manufacturing – with BMW Oxford, in education – at University of Oxford, and healthcare – Caretech & Dimensions. Sue has also worked in leisure, retail and accountancy practices. This broad commercial and academic experience brings a solid commercial perspective to the mainstay of her skillset – a strong background in the property sector. Sue has worked for property developers, commercial and residential letting agencies, a franchise company selling estate & letting agencies, as well as Jones Lang LaSalle.
Liz is an experienced Facilities Manager having worked both as an occupier and as an agent in London and the South East with a sound background of training and experience in Health & Safety. Liz is NESBOSH trained; addressing risks and ensuring legal compliance. For many years she has managed and coordinated facilities contracts to both hard and soft services – ensuring deadlines are met and activities completed in accordance with the appropriate agreed schedules.
