2A Fielding Lane, Bromley

We are pleased to announce the completion of the letting of a self-contained, detached office building at 2A Fielding Lane, Bromley to Griffin Schools Trust.  Michael Rogers LLP acted on behalf of the Fairlight Group and agreed terms with Griffin, who are relocating their head office function from Catford to Bromley.  The FRI lease is for a term of 10 years with a mutual break upon the expiry of the fifth yar.  While the financial details of the transaction remain confidential, the property was initially offered to the market at £115,000 per annum.
