Works continue onsite at Blake House, Cowley Business Park, Uxbridge. PC of works is due early Q2 2017.
When complete, the building will provide Grade A office space over ground and two upper floors, totalling 31,473 sq ft approx. The building will benefit from a striking new double height glazed reception area.
The specification will include new VRF air conditioning system, new metal suspended ceilings, new LED lighting, raised floors, new WC's and shower facilities and new lift. There are 115 car parking spaces onsite.
