Acting on behalf of Valad Europe, Michael Rogers have secured Opus Business Systems as the final tenant for London Court, Reigate.
The business has signed a ten-year lease for 9,300 sq ft of space at London Court, a four-storey office building located in the centre of Reigate, close to the local station.
The new premises will replace Opus’ existing offices in Wimbledon and Sevenoaks, and will bring the group’s operations and administration departments under one roof. Most of the group’s 80 staff will be moving to the new offices, though the central London and Hitchin sales offices will remain.
London Court was developed by Valad Europe, part of Cromwell Property Group, in 2009. The building, whose other tenants include Tesco Underwriting, Infinity Tracking and Hyundai Capital UK, is now fully occupied following the recent letting.
Stephen Cahoon, head of asset management UK at Valad Europe, said: "We are delighted to welcome Opus Business Systems to London Court as we complete the letting of the building.
"Reigate is one of many towns located near to the M25 were there is continued strong demand for office space from occupiers looking for alternatives to the rising rents and business rates liabilities in Central London."
Michael Rogers & Knight Frank acted for Valad Europe and Business Property Advantage advised Opus Business Systems.
